Consultation

Want a home theater or surround system but have no idea where to start or what to do?   We begin with a free in-home consultation because we believe that it is important to get to know you and give you an in-home analysis of your space.  During this time, we strive to better understand what you want for your home.  We offer our professional advice to help you learn what the possibilities are and how they can enhance your life.  Let's discuss different options and budget so that we can begin to design a system that works best for you. 

Design and Programming

After we have worked with you to determine what you are looking for, we will submit a proposal to you detailing your different options.  Once you have determined the direction you wish to go, we begin programming your system, whether it be the remote control system you have chosen or the lighting you wish to control.  This is where we customize the system to fit your preferences and give you the ultimate control of your home.

Installation

Once we have your equipment programmed and ready to go, we come out to do the final installation.  After the system is up and running, we review all the equipment with you so you are familiar with everything. Most importantly, we take the time to educate you about your new remote system and how to make the most of it.  We offer full service installation for new or existing homes-everything from single TV installation to whole house video and/or audio systems.   Don't forget about your outdoor spaces!  We also provide follow up service as needed.  We are never more than a phone call away!
